What Breed of Chicken Is This?

Good morning fellow chicken keepers
Can you help me with this chicken? I was sold this as an Easter Egger at TSC, but I have doubts because of the bright yellow legs and other coloring
I’ve only had chickens for 2 years & this is only my 2nd time purchasing, so I don’t really know what I’m looking for/at. The yellow legs are throwing me, although I am starting to see some cheek fluff Do you guys think this is an Easter Egger?
Also do you think it’s a pullet or cockerel? He/she is 9wks if that helps any.
