Marans of any color variety are certainly a wonderful option for you, under such specifications. 
They meet every requirement....not to mention highly popular! If you're looking for top quality birds, I'd certainly recommend locating a reputable breeder as your first course of action.
However, if you're satisfied buying off a hatchery, may I suggest Cackle? Their French Marans, specifically. I've been quite happy with mine, namely the Wheatens, Black, and Black-Tailed Buff. Nice quality, even for hatchery birds. The Black Copper is also lovely, simply not my favorite variety for personality.
