What breed of chicken?

I am wondering about the grey/blue hen and rooster.

I was told they are 6-7 months old.

They are super skiddish. I can’t really get close. I will try to get a pic of them in the coop tonight.

Are they all laced looking? Mine are solid grey with no lacing.

Looks like an Isabella Leghorn to me, as does the rooster. What color are the legs? They almost look white but pic is far away and legs are blurred.

The birds appear to be Lavender or one of the closely related colors (Isabelle, Porcelain, Self-blue, etc...) and not something within the blue series. White earlobes and flighty behavior would indicate a light Mediterranean breed to me.
