Ameraucauna and easter egger are the same thing
No they aren't.

Ameraucanas are purebred birds and have a breed standard according to the Standard of Perfection.

Easter Eggers are just coloured egg laying mutt birds; usually a mix of Ameraucana or Araucana with other breeds of chickens.

X2. They are abslotuley not the same thing. There are many differences. Just to name a few that K spot didnt already cover. Leg color, comb, color, feet color, egg color and ameraucanas breed true and easter eggers dont. Here you can read the standard for ameraucanas and educate yourself more on the breed so you know the difference www.ameraucana.org

Well almost the same except a few things and maybe eggs

That's like saying that a Dachshund and a Doberman are almost the same except for a few things and maybe legs.

OP, EEs and Ameraucanas sometimes look similar, but they are not the same. I don't know why people say they are. That's like saying a Buff Rock and a Buff Orpington are the same because they are the same color and lay the same color eggs.

chicken farmer, the only way we're going to get people to stop lying to their customers and actually label chicks correctly is if we call an Easter Egger an Easter Egger when we see it. Otherwise new chicken owners perpetuate the lie not knowing any better, and the seller gets away with it.

i didnt think they were the same so does any body know what breed i do have

With those feathered feet--some sort of Cochin mix. That does not stop them from being Easter Eggers, however! You may just have to see what color egg they lay.

That being said--the last photo in your original post, of the red chick is 90% a cockerel.
