No chance. Have to report him to the authorities to be taken to shelter

Aw that sucks. :/ although how come someone hasn't reported him yet? I don't know, I'm just much too soft and wanna save every animal haha if no one can take him though maybe at least post an ad on craigslist or microchip check? I don't know how common microchipsa re though but he actually looks pretty fat and healthy so maybe somebody just lost him or perhaps he's owned and somebody is letting him run free
