I'm not sure I understand what you mean. Tie PVC to my fence? That would cost a lot of money to buy so much PVC!

lol, thanks for clarifying. I expect I'll be doing this with one very silly nanny I have. Well, right now she's the only goat I have, but she's by far the silliest I've owned. Probably has a lot to do with her state of health, being left to starve does brain damage. She's coming good now though and that generally boosts brainpower. Right now she will crawl under vehicles, through tiny gaps, and will jump any wire she sees about fence height even if there's nothing underneath it, so she could have just walked under it. Not too much sense yet.
