What breed of rooster are these?

It's a bit hard to see them because of the cages and position of the top bird....

My first thought for the top was a Mille Fleur bantam Cochin....but I don't see foot feathers...but I also don't see much of the feet...so if I am correct that there is no or little foot feathers, it's not that....maybe a Mille Fleur game of some kind, possibly OEGB

The 2nd bird, first thought was a lot like a Lavender Orpington, but the tail is a bit wrong, then the pea comb is wrong...so I think it is a beardless EE.

The first looks like an SS or SS mix. The second looks like a possible EE

The top bird looks like a Speckled Sussex or possibly some sort of Jubilee Orpington. The other bird looks like a Lavender Ameraucana mix.
