What breed of rooster is the quietest?

I don’t know of a breed that has a quiet rooster. Roosters crow all day and all night... whenever they feel like it.
I love the sound of a rooster crowing!

My husband said the ones without heads (I love roosters, he doesn’t, can you tell?)

in my experience I would say silkies or silkie mixes. But I didn’t have em very long. I love rooster crows so I have my share of roosters.

I have been told bantams crow more quietly! I've hatched some but they're only 8 weeks so croaking rather than crowing...so far!
