What breed of rooster is this?

Anyone know what breed of rooster this is? He showed up at our house on Christmas

eve and has stayed ever since. He's very sweet natured he has no signs of ever having spurs.

He's some type of game. He's apparently had his head feathers plucked out by the look of him. He looks dubbed too.

the face is same the tale is the same and so is shoulders/chest
