I hatched it. My mom bought me hatching eggs as a surprise.

How long was the incubation period? If 28 days - a mallard derived crossbred. If closer to 35 days - a Muscovy.

Today is day 28. Waiting on the last 2 to hatch.

Based on the location of the black feathering it looks to at least have some silver apple yard

The crosses don't necessarily have to have silver apple yard in them to get this appearance. I have gotten similar ducklings in my Pekin Welsh Harlequin crosses. I have also seen pictures of Golden 300 (hybrids) that had the top of the head stripe.

That’s odd because a white over snowy should bring out the wild mallard pattern in the offspring. Although I guess if your snowy was silver based instead of golden that could create a silver mallard color. Yes and I forgot about the golden 300s!

Duckling #2, has hatched. Will post pictures once completely fluffy. It's more stripy then the first.
