What breed or gender is this?

Can anyone tell me what breed and gender this chick is....My daughter found it running for its life in the post office parking lot. I have some silkie chicks that are about 3 weeks old and she/he is at least double their size.. Sorry for the picture but I'm a little computer challenged..

if it has a straight comb cochin if pea then brahma...standard size not bantam
