What breed or gender is this?

I know this is a common question and some people are probably tired of reading this same question over and over but I need your help.

I purchased 4 barred rocks two months ago and they were sold as hens (approx 17 weeks or older at the time). However, now they are crowing, mounting my other hens, and two are beginning to develop spurs. I know hens can have all of these characteristics but hope that someone can take a look at this photo and let me know if you think it's a rooster or not. If you can view the picture, notice the long feathers forming over it's side.

I don't feel like a winner!

I paid $44 for all four barred rocks (thinking they were hens). Now I have to get rid of them all since I already have a rooster and the barred rocks are beginning to become more aggressive with each day.

Anybody want a rooster?
