What Breed Or Gender?

Hey so here is my chick (about 6 weeks old). I cant tell if it's a pullet or a roo though... SORRY these pics are terrible she/he wouldnt hold still (and the lighting is bad)!

110% sure its an easter egger cockerel nice red wing bow which from what ive seen only comes on cockerels
