what breed or genderare these?

I have two pullets and they have black feathers with that teal shimmer. The other in the foreground has a copper and black feathers on neck. When I bought these from the local farm store the sign said they were black copper Marans. Maybe a mix of something else, they both look so different from each other now. Any ideas?

They may be black copper marans. You have a pullet and a cockerel though. The one with more copper and the bigger comb is the male.

The one in the front is the rooster
