What breed? Rooster or hen?

What breed of chicken is this chicken? The 2nd pic, he/she is on the left. I bought them all as Dominique’s, but the chicken labeled #3 is not a Dominique. What do you think it is? Also, is it a rooster or hen? It acts just like a rooster by staying back and watching everyone and pushes the others off the roosts to get higher than the others, but it looks like a hen? This pic was the only time it let me hold it so I had to quick snap a picture, while its “brother/sisters” all love being held. It is 7 weeks old. Thanks !

Looks like a hen to me. You have for sure two roosters in the group photo.
What hatchery did they come from?

Looks like a pullet, I'm not sure on breed, sorry.

Could be an Olive Egger- looks like a Marans influenced pullet with Easter Egger or some other pea comb influence.

And in the group pic looks like two cockerel Dominiques, one pullet and the Olive Egger.
