Both birds are American Game type birds, not Old English.
The first bird color is a Blue Red and the second birds color could be a Black Breasted Red but she also carries the Blue Gene. (She has Black in her hackles but Blue in her tail)

I also agree the second bird looks like a cleret type fowl.
