Looks like a hatchery quality Rhode Island Red.

It's a Production Red. Pure Rhode Island Reds have darker mahogany feathers, profuse black feathers in the tail, and much more yellow legs.

Thank you, I remember that they were supposed to have yellow legs and beak.
