Hello,
I'm hoping to identify what breed my sweet Goldie was. She was killed by a fox a few days ago and I would like to get another just like her. She was very friendly, loved to be carried and pet. She was small and laid normal size white or slightly off white eggs. Thank you!

Glad you could join the flock! I'm so sorry to read you lost your lovely little girl to a fox :hugs I've suffered an attack before and it was horrible and I know just how you feel. I would say she was cross chicken from your pic but don't take that as gospel. Please do post in the what breed gender section. Hello :frow and Welcome To BYC! Sorry about Goldie :hugs Do you know what kind of comb she had (can't quite tell from the picture) or have a better picture, she might be an Old English Game mix or Phoenix mix etc the Red Pyle color is pretty popular in hatcheries
