What breed? What gender??

Hello, we recently rescued this chick from our dog who was chasing it's mother off our property.We are so in love, she/he is VERY tame and has adopted us as family! We are curious what breed and if it's a hen or rooster? Also, any ideas on age? Thanks!! (3 of the pictures were taken today, one was taken a couple weeks ago)

i'm leaning towards a cockerel based off of color and i would say about 4-5 weeks maybe give or take a week lol breed maybe a mix of some sort

I'd say pullet from the bit I can tell. It has soft green eyes and no wattles or comb, but the coloring doesn't help me tell what breed it is at this time. Its in that stage of starting its feathers, maybe 3 weeks old.

Thank you everyone who took the time to reply! We are hoping for a pullet but will be keeping him/her no matter what! "She" has already become part of our family! Here is a picture of the comb as requested, hope it helps! I will post pictures again in a couple more weeks. Thank you again! You all were very helpful! Fingers crossed for a pullet!

Yea hardly a comb and even the wattles aren't showing up yet. Also does it yelp alot and high pitched like ur murdering it, usualy cockerals will do that.
