what breed

@cheezenkwackers, I'm northeast Ohio area. I'll check out Ideal Poultry. Out of the four breeds you mentioned, @MillersFarm which would you say are the best layers and which are the best meat birds?
The Pekins would be the best meat birds. They're also decent layers, but they eat a lot. Khakis are good layers. You might also look into Welsh Harlequins. :)
 
Ancona ducks las approximately 300 eggs per year, can get up to 6 lbs and are suppose to have the most flavorful meat. They are also one of the friendliest breeds. They are also flightless. I haven't actually tasted the meat yet as I'm trying to grow my flock right now.
