What breed?

Could it be a Rhode Island Red rooster? I found one on line that looks close

I was going to guess Partridge Rock but the ears would be red not white. A Brown Leghorn would have yellow legs not white. A Rhode Island Red should have yellow legs and red ears. Brown Leghorn seems to fit the best.

That is 100% not a partridge rock. I raised those for show quality and they are nearly completely black (with deep shades of evergreeen green and maroon)

That is now looking like a cross breed between a RIR and a Danish Brown Leghorn. I was working on a new breed with that original cross and my roosters all looked like that.

It's not purebred leghorn judging on the incomplete coloring in the ear
