What breed?

I thought of another question. If I see a bin of Easter Eggers and a bin of Barnyard mix for sale at the feed store, there's absolutely no reason to pay extra for Easter Eggers?
 
Wait, I think I get it, if they really are Easter Eggers as opposed to just mixed breeds, then I should be getting greenish or bluish or pinkish eggs, whereas if I buy just the mixed breed, I might get white or brown eggs. Right?

Only if the barnyard mixes have blue egg genetics in their heritage.
