What breed?

Got from a friend who ordered off line from a hatchery. She couldn’t remember what all she ordered and I didn’t want to be a burden and ask her to look it up in the paperwork. It is a beautiful silver with markings that remind me a lot of my Maran chicks. It is a little over a week old.

It doesn’t have the cheek feathers like all my other Americanas, though. That would be awesome though because their eggs are one of my favorites!!

lav orp chicks usually dont hatch with that black mask of down on them, otherwise id agree with you

Do they have the white wing feathers? Like the first few feathers are white on its wings.

i see a straight comb so scratch out Ameraucana. Im going to stick with Andalusian, they're pretty good layers, mine give me nice large white eggs almost everyday~
