What breed?

This little dude is about 8 months old. He's a tiny, tiny bantam. I assume a game but does anyone know what he would be classified as? He has blue colored ears.

If you think he is a game bird, then the Old English Game has many varieties of breed. I only keep hens, so your roo may be a silver Duckwing. Below is a pix of a hatchery grade one. My hens look like the hen in picture.
I know that the feather colors are different, but so are the different image pictures describing a Silver Duckwing.

If you would be able to post a pix of roo standing solo, others may be able to identify better.
