I don't think she's laying.You are right, I didn't see that in the pic.
I have heard of crest-less legbars but they are not common.
I presume she is a non-laying pullet?
Kinda looks like a beliefelder to me...
But everyone else is probably right about the cuckoo maran considering the feathered legs.
