What breed

at the end of July my kids father brought home 5 baby chicks! A friend of a friend worked at tractor supply, not knowing what he was doing AT ALL he got a straight run. By 4ish week I could already tell 4 were roosters. I thought they were all white leghorns. Now two of the roosters have brown and one has way more colors and marking. The second week of august we got 2. Isa browns and 2 Novogens. On December 30th I got the first egg and now have gotten 3-5 eggs a day... all brown!
question is, is there anyway the white hen has not started laying or what breed is she?
and same with the roosters do leghorns get the dark marking like the one has?

White Leghorns should be all white (no colored feathers), and lay white eggs.
White Plymouth Rocks should be all white, and lay brown eggs.
Other kinds of chickens can also be white, but those are the most common two.

For the roosters that were white and now have colors: try googling for pictures of red sexlink roosters. They start out yellow or white as chicks, grow white feathers, and then get some colored feathers as they grow up.
