So what breed is my hen friday? I thought she was an amerucana but she layed a brown egg.
Any help is appreciated! ( she’s the brown and blueish grey hen with poof cheeks)

She's an Easter egger. They lay different colors of eggs-- brown isn't too uncommon.

So has she EVER layed green/blue eggs? or has she always layed brown and I didn’t know it?

No, if she is laying brown eggs now then she has always laid brown eggs. Hens can't switch from blue or green to brown or white, or vice versa.
