What breed?

White Ayam Cemanis do not exist. "Cemani" means "thoroughly black" in Sanskrit. The point of the breed is to be entirely black, so a white bird wouldn't be one

They do, it's a rare random mutation. Two black ayam cemanis can have white chicks. I've been doing some research

On another note, that bird is strange. *Maybe* a Mystic Onyx or Southern Rambler?? Not sure if they can come in white... Is it large fowl? @Overo Mare, look at this!!

It’s definitely bigger than the others. They’re 3 weeks old

I got a few chicks just like this at tractor supply. I noticed that both of them have black legs and a black comb. I was wondering if anyone might have any idea as to what breed they might be?View attachment 2651748

They are broiler silkies. They will get as big as leghorns.

Whoa. Hoover's is on a roll. That is a strange looking bird. I want to say Silkie mix of some sort. Bet they'll have a name in a month or two.

But wouldn't the walnut comb and 5 toes be dominant against the other genes? Or not because Hoover's specifically made it that way?
