I’m thinking she looks like a Prairie Bluebell Egger. Those lay blue eggs.

She is a hatchery hybrid of some type, not a pure breed. You may never know which she is exactly, but the color of eggs she lays can narrow it down. To me she looks like maybe a Starlight Green Egger or Whiting True Green, but it's anyone's guess.
