Awwwwww! I've never seen that color of NN before! Yours looks so pale, mine all got sunburned....(Don't take a nap in the sun if you don't have any feathers on your neck!) Have you ever fed them carrot peels, it's fun, their skin turns orange!

My little girl there is only 9 weeks in the picture. The sun is too strong here, they spend the majority of their times playing in the woods.

Or hiding under that platform. They love the shade

Yeah, most of my chickens are in the shade but they were napping and the sun moved on them.

You can see it really good on Gollum, but ZaSu just ate some carrots so she is a little orange.

Okay so I was looking up Dominique- and at least two, maybe three, of the pics on BYC of it looked like plymouth rock/barred rock, and not some other breed..... Can someone explain this?

So Far, with version 2.0, https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/694773/what-breed-v2 the breeds in the lead are; Buff Orphington, RIR, and Plymouth Rock but not usual coloration.
