Looks like a BB Red Old English Game Bantam.

He's closest to an American Game, but his comb is wrong for a purebred (they have straight combs). American Game mix

he is a DUBBED game bird with ruff feathering and his comb is the right type for his breed as it is not a pea comb but again is a dubbed comb which is required for showing some game breeds

he doesn't have the wrong comb he has the right comb for him as he is dubbed hince why he doesn't have wattles but who ever dubbed him didn't do his earlobes though
