Thanks. I had no idea. All the coop building, disease, behavior stuff I get. I am really struggling with looking a these young peeps and seeing anything that clues me in. Maybe I just don't have "the eye".

thats not always true, but roos do usually feather in slower

I have a dark Brahma from McMurray that was sexed as a pullet. She is 3 weeks and has only wing and foot feathers.

It varies by breed and individual but generally females feather quicker than males
