I got this rooster from a breeder along with multiple silkies. Well, he didn't grow up to be a silkie and the breeder hasn't gotten back in touch with me. His hackles are black and laced with a light brown/ golden color. He has similar feathers on his wings. He has a few feathers on his feet and that's about it. The rest of his body is pure black, although he has a greenish shine to his black feathers
Can't really make him out at all from the photo. He probably is a silkie mix. If you can get some good, clear photos of him- side view and one of his face and COMB, post it on the "what gender of breed is this," thread.
