what breed?

Hi Everyone,
I'm just getting started in chickens after not having had any since I was a child. I'm looking for bantams. Can someone tell me which breed of Bantam to get for friendliness and laying?

I just loved the old english games and barred rock bantams we had when I was a kid. Eggs are small though.

We have Bantam Cochins - Bantam Brahma - Bantam Barred Rock - Silkies all very friendly & lay well except for ! cochin wh is always broody!!

BR, Brahma & Silkie lay a small egg size you would buy in grocery store! cochin are smaller!
