Ok, that makes things easier....it looks like it could be a polish mixed with cochin. Or possibly a silkie polish mix (if it has more than 4 toes)

lol then I think it's safe to say it's probably not a Japanese cross, or a silkie cross (they are pretty small too) my guess would then be is a polish/cochin mix 
and again I just want you to know I'm no expert...this is only my bet guess!
