Australorp or a Jersey Giant. Sometimes it's really hard to tell the difference between the two because they have similar qualities. But you can tell the difference between them by the skin color Jersey Giants are yellow while Australorps are white.
The weight also can tell Jersey Giants are around the 8 lbs for pullet, 10 lbs for a hen. Cockerels 11 lbs and Cocks are 13 lbs.
Australorp pullets are 5.5 lbs, hens 6.5, cockerels are 7.5, and Cocks are 8.5.
