Well I have some regular white cornish on the way and I already have a flock of SLW... so should I keep a female cornish for the eggs to be fertilized by my male SLW... or a male cornish to mix with a female SLW?

Depending on what your "regular white cornish" are. Most standard white cornish that I am aware of are show type stock. If they are, they tend to be wide and somewhat squat, which sometimes can cause breeding problems in the males, especially as they get older. So you probably would have a higher fertility rate using a wyandotte male. On the flip side you will likely get more eggs from a wyandotte hen.
