Yes the d'Uccle could be white. I can't tell if it has blue/lavender feathers or not, if so it is a porcelain d'Uccle. It does have 4 toes though? If 5 then a sultan.

The other chick is likely a crele old english game cockerel.

She has 4 toes. And her feathers are looking white so far but as long as I know the breed that’s all I was really wondering! And how can you tell the other is a cockerel?
