Yes, there are bantam Sumatras. Most large fowl breeds come in bantam size.

1. D'uccle (looks like mille fleur, to me)
2. Old English Game Bantam
3. Black Japanese bantam?

As for combs, none of them have noticable combs yet. The black one may have a single comb coming in, very hard to tell!
