I agree with @KikiLeigh02. I've been studying the third pic of the black chick and I think I can some hints of gold on it's chin. Black Australorps and Black Giants are also less likely to be in a layer assortment. I guess time will tell. That was a helpful link also.

I wouldn't think they would include Jersey Giants because they take so long to mature, mine didn't start laying until they were 8 months old. They are listed as one of the breeds possibilities on the Brown Egg Layer assortment though. Here are Murray's photos of Jersey Giants for comparison:

It's really nice that they show pictures of older chicks too, and not just day olds!
