Straight-ish is easier to work with but the chickens won't care if it has a bend. Just hang it as level as you can.
Looks like you have 2 splash Andalusian hens and an Easter Egger or an ameraucana. The rooster looks like maybe an Andalusian and barred rock cross. I don’t know what the last hen could be. Maybe a leghorn?

ahh, also the chicken in the last picture the little splas, has one identicle behind her
Do the splash hens have white earlobes? If not then they aren’t Andalusians. How many eggs do you get a day? What color are they? How many of each color?

they are a creamish white, and ususally i get 1 LIGHT brown egg a day, only one is laying for some reason, but its cold here right know,
The earlobes are white or the eggs? If the earlobes are white then your Easter Egger is laying the light brown egg.
