What breed are this chickens? Please help

Cant help you with rooster since I don't have/keep any. Is the second one a hen??? If hen, looks like an Easter egger I had. Easter Eggers are a mix. Not all EE look alike.
What color eggs does she lay,,, If HEN??? I think I see spurs. But my RIR hen has spurs.

Both look like mixed breeds to me. The male looks like he has black copper Marans blood, maybe.

I was thinking maybe Welsummer crosses. The skin is the wrong colour for pure bred, but may be hatchery quality.

I don't know about the hen. Does she have featherd legs? Where did you get her?

Spurs don't really have anything to do with the gender. Both sexes can have them, but they are mostly in roosters.

Totally wrong color for a Black Tailed Buff. A Black Tailed Buff would be just that, Buff body and Black tail.
