We got these sweeties at TSC about 4 weeks ago. The employee helping us was not sure what kind they were. Until now we have only had barred rocks, so we are excited to add to our coop. They are both super sweet and hop right into our hands. Attaching baby pics and current pic at almost 4 weeks.

Just looked up RSL and they only live 2yrs??
I own RSL's. The ones I have now are four years old and still laying and healthy. My oldest RSL lived to almost five years and she would have lived longer if she hadn't fallen ill. I believe it is said they live two years because that is how long big egg factories keep them before culling them.

Oh good!! We get pretty attached to our animals around here.
