What breeds do I have? And genders?

IMO, they are all female... every last one including the EE.
Both of my EE hens have red combs like that. The BR also looks like a hen to me too. Does it have irridescence on the black of it's saddle feathers?
I could be wrong, but I have EEs & BRs and those look like girls to me.

The BR has long thin feathers all down it's backside to the tail. It also has thin head and neck feathers... which is why my friend said it was a roo for sure.

Ok so now what? I'm stuck with a bunch of leghorn roos? Oh boy! LOL. The two we slaughtered were floppy combed and had the whitish/iradescent ear patch thing (sorry don't know technical terms LOL). The other 4 didn't have that. I was supposed to get all hens/pullets. But you never know- around here people give roosters away and I wouldn't put it past anyone to sneak some in to get rid of them.

I have not heard the BR or any others crow- but they are out back and I'm in the house most the day with screaming toddlers, and we shut them in the coop at night because of all the predators here.

But from my two friends- the BR is the only one both agreed was a roo.

As far as how they look? I don't really care, I just have chickens to make eggs and to eat. If I raise any at all it will be to replace the hens that are no longer producing but right now they are just for food. I enjoy them either way. I just really didn't want any roos but the BR is growing on me.

What kind of production am I looking at on the leghorns? I'm getting an egg every other day it seems so far from my GCs but they just started laying in the past 2 weeks.

Thanks for the input everyone!

I'm seeing the differences in the leghorns now too. As far as the EEs and other mutt-chickens, we'll see... guess I'll have to sit outside and wait for someone to crow. LOL

I'm guessing when it comes to EEs, with all the different breed possibilities- comb size/color should be ignored.

One of my EEs laid today, I'm assuming the dark one, because it's the same color as the egg he gave me out of her. Now if the others would start laying I'll be good.
