Mine are for eggs, and a bonus the nice ones are pets too I have 2 Golden Laced Wyandotte pullets and 2 Silver Laced Wyandotte pullets. Also have a few roos but they are going to be butchered here soon. I'm hoping to add a couple Orpington pullets to fill the coop once the boys are gone.

This is my very first reply: So Hello BYC World. I have Silkies, Seramas, RIR's, Ameraucanas,Buff Brahmas, Silver Laced Wyandottes and 1 Australorp. I'm new to all of this so jumped in with both feet. I'm hoping to breed the Silkies and Seramas next year and the rest are for eggs. I'm not planning on having any for dinner though, I'm a little too attached.

I get a lot of flack for it. People can't understand why I could possibly want chickens. My brother is already calling me the crazy chicken lady. That's why I'm on BYC.
