What breeds/genders are these?

Newbie question. The hen I assume is a hen but she has yet to lay and ever since I culled my rooster she has been crowing and mounting my other hen. I cant figure out her breed either. The chicks I assume are all pullets but I'm not too sure. Anyone know for sure? Hold on while I figure out how to upload these pics.

* Some hens will start to lay around 6-8 months. But a Frizzle hen around a yr. I still have like 3 weeks before my Frizzle girl gets laying. I hate waiting. *
