Here are my rough looking chicks!!! Sorry for bad quality pictures... What breed or gender doi have?

The top three are Production Red chicks (the top two look like pullets and the third one a cockerel) and the bottom one is either a Barred Rock chick (probably a pullet) or a male Black Sex Link chick. Barred Rock and male Black Sex Link chicks are virtually identical.

Even in all pullet orders you will sometimes get a cockerel. That's why most hatcheries only guarantee 90% on sexed birds. However I wouldn't give up on the third chick yet. It's pretty young to sex accurately at this point. Also, you should be aware that there is very little or no difference between hatchery grade Rhode Island Reds and Production Reds. Both of them are bred for heavy laying and lack the deep body, rich mahogany color, and usually even the profusion of black tail feathers that APA standard Rhode Island Reds have. Your list of breeds that you ordered answers the question about your barred chick. It is a Barred Rock and as I said in my post, likely a pullet.

Thanks! I have 2 of the dark reds! Since I can't keep roosters I'll have to get rid of them IF they turn out to be roosters
