It's a Partredge in it's juvenile plumage. When it molts the new feathers will be pencilled. Single comb & clean legs = Partridge Rock.

What a BEAUTIFUL bird, my is not feather footed though so I guess partridge rock!!

I'm thinking a Dominique.
I have a hen that looks "egg"sactly like that one. Yes, EE.
