What can go wrong?

So when I put my eggs in incubator forgot to turn on the turner realized that after the next day can something go wrong????

So you didn't start the turner until the day after you set your eggs, or 2 days later? In either case, I wouldn't worry too much about it - obviously, turning is important, especially at the start of incubation (assuming they're not shipped eggs, which usually benefit from not being turned for a period after receipt to allow them to settle), but I doubt a brief period of not turning like that would have a significant impact on non-shipped eggs.
