What can help this chicken?

I hatched these full Breed lavender australorps about 3 months ago (along with some splash ameraucanas)...this one lavender is not growing, seems to have issues keeping her butt clean and doesn't grow tail feathers...how did this happen and what is her potential? I've integrated the rest in with my main flock but I'm worried she won't be able to handle being with the rest of the larger chickens...

Is your bird eating and drinking well? What's it's behaviour like? Is it being picked on by the birds you have with it? Your bird most likely has a genetic deficiency.

Yeah she seems to be eating and drinking fine and keeps up with the birds that are larger than her that hatched at the same time..
I'm concerned about putting her into a pen with the rest or my flock that are full grown already though but don't want to keep 2 separate flocks...

Yes, probably not a good idea at this stage. Is it possible to keep the bird in question and another bird for company in eyesight of your other chickens? This way you can see if she grows some more while trying to integrate her with the main flock.

I probably could...just didn't want to keep separate flocks anymore.
